Sunny Day

I had a course this week about drawing and painting flowers. This was one of the assignments. It's from the second day of the week. The assignment was to first paint the whole leaf/flower/etc. with the color of the lightest part and then darker colors/colors of shadow. So I started with a light yellow wash which doesn't even show in this photo.

- watercolor paper, 300 g/m2, A3 (doesn't fill the page)
- Winsor&Newton watercolors
- painted in a garden at the place of the course
